What you get:

  • 2 full length yoga practices each week

  • 1-2 shorter versions of that week’s yoga practices and/or a stand alone functional movement practice

  • 1 10-minute guided meditation each week (all meditations will be audio files you can easily download and take with you.)

  • Your own personal Intention which you will develop through a series of exercises. This Intention will serve to give you a deeper look into your practice and into your life and help you to rise above the challenges that keep you off your mat, keep you from advancing your practice, and keep you feeling stuck - on the mat and in your life.

All of this will be set against the backdrop of the Autumn season. Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, both offer some interesting insights into how the seasons affect us and how we can work alongside the natural changes going on inside of us and outside of us to be our best selves.
