Gentle Wall Practice for Your Hips
This practice is perfect for creating space in both mind and body. Hip opening with deep steady breathing, using the wall and a couple of yoga blocks as our main props. You can expect full relaxation by the end, but you will use strong muscle activation to enhance your hip work during the practice. This is a 60 minute practice with lots of slow gentle warm up and cool down.
